Phoenix Rising - 21 Days of Embodied Living
From April 11 to May 2, you are invited into a 21-day journey of embodied living.
This is about slowing down enough to live what you already know.
Across these 21 days, you will move through 18 sessions guided by different practitioners. Each one offering a doorway into presence, awareness, and deeper relationship with yourself.
This experience weaves together conversation, transmission, and practice supporting you to build the capacity to stay with yourself, even in the moments that feel uncomfortable, unclear, or unfamiliar.
Each session offers:
- A space to land in the body and return to the present moment
- A perspective or practice to deepen your awareness
- Tools to integrate what you are experiencing into your daily life
- An invitation to meet yourself with more honesty, steadiness, and openness
This is a space for integration. By the end of the 21 days, the shift is not in what you’ve learned but in how you are able to be with yourself, and with life.
